vitamins are two type : 1.water soluble vitamins 2. oil soluble vitamin
- fat soluble vitamin :- these vitamins are soluble in fat and is stored in the body. example – vitamin-A, vitamin-D, vitamin-E, vitamin-K,
- water soluble vitamin :- these vitamin are soluble in water and is not stored in the body. Example – vitamin-C, vitamin-B (complex).
